Report Writing Workshop for Social Workers
I gave another report writing workshop near Europaallee yesterday.
One of the participants was a very experienced report writer. She has been working with adolescents for decades and has written hundreds of reports.
So, I asked her what her motivation to attend the workshop had been. Her answer was straightforward: "To get clarity."
Her team often argues about what a professional report should look like. "Everybody has an opinion, but nobody knows for sure. I really want to put an end to our arguments."
Writing is still such an emotional issue. But in fact, it's just a craft like any other professional skill. If we treat it as such, everybody's life will be easier!
