This Year’s Report Writing Season Has Started!
The workshop on Tuesday was for jobcoaches and labor market integration professionals. And there was one issue that kept coming up: lying.
"Sometimes, I suspect that the person is lying. How do I put this into the report?"
We had a lengthy discussion on the subject of lying, and we also laughed about some of the struggles. In any case, this kind of information must go into the report. We looked at several ways of wording it, for example as "contradictions".
This is how I make counselors' and recruiters' lives easier: I show them how to get their reports done. And I love it!
